Dawn Richard has announced her solo album titled, A Golden Heart. The R&B singer who was once a member of the disbanded girl group Danity Kane and now apart of Diddy’s Dirty Money crew, speak on her solo plans. Check out the video below for details.

Nas Announces new album title, Life Is Good via twitter. The Q-Boro MC recently scrapped his Lost Tapes 2 project due to politics over at Def Jam. Producer like Swizz Beatz, Alchemist, Dr. Dre, Kanye West, DJ Premier and the RZA have reached out to Nas to work on his next album. Is it just me or does it seem like every time Nas is set to drop an album there is label politics centered around it?

JAMIE FOXX BRINGS "SHOWTIME AT THE APOLLO" TO BET

Jamie Foxx is set to produce a pilot for "Its Showtime At The Apollo" for BET. He is currently wrapping the deal up with BET and is set to bring the original director Don Weiner on board as well. There as been no word on when the show will air so stay tuned. I know most of us that grew up on "Showtime At The Apollo" are looking forward to this. Another one for Harlem so oh well!

JAY-Z & BEYONCE BOO'D @ MET GALA [VIDEO]

Jay-Z and Beyonce got boo'd by the press this evening at the 2011 MET gala. Beyonce looked great wearing a Pucci gown and Jay-Z cool as always in a Tuxedo made the press a bit upset when they tried not to pose together. They began to boo the couple. WAKA FLOCKA ADDED TO JUICE REMAKE

Waka Flocka Flame has been added to the Juice movie remake that Soulja has been working on. I don't know if Soulja Boy is really doing a full remake or is he doing his version of that plot. There has been a lot of negative responses coming from the critics. The hip hop community feels Soulja Boy is not worthy to remake the movie. Soulja Boy told Rapup, “We’ve been filming here in Atlanta. Waka Flocka’s gonna be in the movie. It’s gonna be crazy. He called, he reached out. We met up with the director. Now I’m almost to the stages where I just gotta finish these last three shoots and then I’ll be cool. I think it was a good idea to bring him on board because the director was trying to get me to put some rappers in it, and he was naming a lot of different rappers. I just felt like if I was gonna put anybody inthe movie, it should make sense and be somebody that I really got a relationship with in the rap game, for real. He’s gonna be a member of my crew and we’re gonna be like this upcoming group in Atlanta. It’s gonna be four of us and we’re gonna be going against this rival crew.”

Soulja Boy and Diamond are actually dating. Word is Lil Scrappy and Diamond had broken up. Photos of Diamond hugged up with Soulja Boy that had everyone in a frenzy. Lil Scrappy’s Mom called in to Hot 107.9 radio station yesterday went in on Diamond, calling her a low down dirty bitch. Mama D says Diamond isn't real, she has breast implants and booty shots. She states Lil Scrappy is Prince of the South and he is not thinking about Diamond, she says her son is living good.
