Ja Rule has been fighting a court case and hard at work on a new album "“Renaissance Project”. Ja Rule knows the formula to make a hit song but will the haters stop hating and let the rapper live at the top of the charts once again? "Man Down" is the title of the new single and seem to have been something that Ja Rule has been for a few years now.
