Arizona may be in hot water for their nationalist, ethnocentric and racist immigration policy (effective this July) that discriminates against citizens that may "look illegal." The United States, headed by the Obama Administration, is waging a lawsuit against the state stating that it is unconstitutional and that states cannot create laws that interfere or combat federal laws. The state of Arizona's immigration law states that anyone who "seems to be illegal" may be question about their U.S. legal status and may be jailed for not having proper identification for their citizenship.Sounds like they're making these people who "look illegal" carry their freedom papers alla 200 years ago.
