Lil Wayne and Drake kicked off memorial day weekend making it rain at Kings Of Diamonds in Miami. It was a celebration for World Star Hip Hop's sixth anniversary. Q the CEO of world star was in the building. Weezy looked like he definitely had a good time throwing the money out and dubbing on the ladies.
