  R&B singer Monica will be joining NBC's new hit reality show "The Voice" as an adviser. She will consult with the celebrity coaches to he,p them find the next great voice. Monica will join the list of advisers like Reba McEntire, Sia, and producer Adam Blackstone on the show which airs every Tuesday night at 8pm.
