Looks like the MTO snitches are back at again. Word on the street is Ludacris and Ciara are dating. Now I personally don't know how true this is but the two have been seen around Atlanta together a lot. It could just be a friendly relationship but according to MTO snitches, Ludacris and Ciara definitely got something going on. Ludacris had Ciara by his side all day the first two days of Luda Weekend in Atlanta. They say once Ciara left town Luda had the official girlfriend Eudoxie by his side.
