An anonymous Russian billionaire known only as “Arkady” apparently paid $1 million to star alongside Gaga in her “Alejandro” video. The 30-year old superfan enjoys a cameo appearance, which involves plenty of longing stares. While we love her, we'll save our billions and get our Gaga fix the old fashion way---MTV.
