We all heard the smash "Power" by Kanye West and I am sure it is safe to say pure banger. Now we have touched on this topic several time here on TheSocietyOnline.biz blog and Kanye refers to the bad dark skin girls as Kelly Rowlands. Kanye West "Power" lyrics "WITH SOME LIGHT-SKINNED GIRLS & SOME KELLY ROWLANDS". My question is has Kanye West token Kelly Rowland as the face of the bad dark skin ladies and started a whole new slang trend in hip hop. I don't know we will have to see if this is catching on.
I think Kelly should run with it. This is one of the reasons I love hip hop and how trends can be started out of nowhere. Foxy Brown has tried to hold the title for years now but I think its time that torch be given to a R&B girl. I must say I think its time Kelly Rowland win. *Jay-Z Voice* Reminder!
