Jay-Z signs Will Smith. There was a mini frenzy going on yesterday when Will Smith Daughter dropped a single "Whip My Hair" and people were saying Jay-Z signed the 9 year old to Roc-Nation. I guess everyone can stop guessing because its true. Willow Smith stopped by Ryan Seacrest show with her mom Jada Pinkett to talk about the new record. Jay-Z called in to confirm the signing.
