There was a previous announcement of Usher and Chris Brown going on tour together that didn't did not turn out to be true even after confirmation. Usher has had great success this year with the release of "Raymond v. Raymond" and "OMG" featuring Will.I.Am being the stand out single the was no question to title the tour after it.
