FABOLOUS WORKING ON NEW MIXTAPE "S.O.U.L” & JOINT ALBUM WITH NE-YO

Fabolous spilled a few beans to XXL about his new mixtape S.O.U.L that he has already recorded most of the material for. He tells XXL how he came up with the name from taking a poll on twitter and has even shot a video for a cut from the mixtape.

The fans can expect the free mixtape to hit the net in February. Loso also plans to release a joint album with R&B singer Ne-Yo as well. Check below what he had to say about that.

“I think this year too I might be doing this project with Ne-Yo finally,” he told XXL. “We’ve been in talks for a minute. It’s really sounding like it’s gonna get done. Ne-Yo is really hyped about it. I just fell back on it, but now I see the wheels are turning a little bit. I think we need that for the game. Some of the allure from the game is gone. You see people doing less numbers, so now let’s do some vanity projects where people are collaborating together.”

FABOLOUS "LIGHTS OUT" (MUSIC VIDEO)

New music video from Fabolous "Lights Out". Fabolous aka Mr. my style might body ya is back on his bullshit getting ready to drop his next project "There Is No Competition 2: The Grieving Music EP", which will be in stores August 31. "Lights Out" samples Jay-Z voice from the beginning of that classic cut from The Ruff Ryders Vol 1. "Jigga" so you already know this right here is all the way Brooklyn baby! I have to say the video is pretty dope. Fabolous used that concept that Chris Brown used in his tribute to Michael Jackson performance with the lights attached to his clothing. I guess Desert Storm and Def Jam is gonna keep Fabolous at the top his game and even thought I feel that Fabolous has been in the game too long and should have more status. He is still on top and staying very much relevant and consistent. Check the music video out and let us know your thoughts.
