As previously reported, on September 12, 2008, harassing photographers caught the short end of the stick when Kanye West and his manager Don “DC” Crowley got into a shoving match with the hounding reporters that resulted in the cameras and gear being smashed.
Kanye West and his manager Don “DC” Crowley have been cleared of all three-misdemeanor charges that resulted from a scuffle with the paparazzi in 2008. The charges of battery, grand theft and vandalism against West and Crowley were thrown out by Los Angeles court commissioner Mark Zuckman.
Not getting away scott free, the two will have to do 50-hours of community service and then the matter will be expunged from their records. They also paid the paparazzi in a civil suit, which further helped the case get tossed. The two also completed 12 hours of anger management classes.
Im glad Kanye and his manager gave the paparazzi the bizness. He did ask them nicely to go away. Kanye West told them he did not wanna be filmed today. The paps should have just kept it moving and they did not so Kanye West brought it to them special delivery. Oh well Oh well!

Jay-Z has def made the New York Yankees famous in the streets. I mean he has made a Yankee fitted a must by every dude in the black community. So I guess its only right that Jay-Z and Alicia Keys wil be performing "Empire State of Mind" @ game 1 for the Yankees world series game. Jay-Z is def on top right now and I would love to see who is gonna take Jay-Z off the throne this time around. It seems as if Jay-Z is the HNIC in the rap game right now. He is def the greatest rapper alive right now.
