Brandy partied in miami this year for her birthay and Brandy's BFF Kelly Rowland has the same birthday. Kelly turned 29 and Brandy 31. I had no idea the two shared the same birthday. Ray J threw a packed star studded birthday bash for big sis. The were other guest in attendance like Timbaland and Flo-Rida who is not Brandy's boyfriend which she cleared up on her interview with True Exclusives.
