BRANDY & RAY J A FAMILY BUSINESS
I know some of you may have caught the first episode of VH1's Brandy & Ray J A Family Business, but here is the Jazzy F. Baby BRANDY & RAY J A FAMILY BUSINESS recap. We all have watched Brandy and Ray J as artist and acting on TV for about 15 years and Sonja Norwood aka Soni Sone has played a big role as their manager. Willie Ray their father has been their vocal coach since joining his church choir, but now its time for the two to take more control.
Sonja calls the family together for a family dinner, which is something that has not happen on a regular basis, this is where she announce that she would like to take a step back and have Brandy and Ray J take more control of their careers. The two are all for it and feel they are responsible enough but Ray J starts talking about putting ducks in line and shit and he also has a problem. The problem is Ray J has been using The Norwood Children Foundation van to party and cousin Reggie has gotten the van impounded for parking it wrong and Soni Sone is not happy at all and she lets Ray J have it and teach him a lesson by letting the van sit and collect more fines for Ray J to pay. Now with the changes Sonja has remodeled the office which came along with two offices for Brandy and Ray J to get to work.
Now that is over lets GO IN! The first episode was pretty cool not too much drama but we all know that will change. Brandy is gearing up for her next album and she wants to add some of Brand-nu into it. Brand-nu is her rapping alter ego and Brand-nu actually can spit but Sonja aka Soni Sone don't think Brand-nu should be included into Brandy's next album so much. On top of this Brandy has been getting to know rap star Flo-Rida and he has asked her to be his date to the Grammy Awards which he is nominated. Brandy is a bit unsure because she feels it may be too soon since they have been chilling for only three weeks. Ray J and Willie is upset that Flo-Rida have not offered to pay for Brandy's expenses and ready to be over protective of Brandy, with that being said Brandy is seeing rapper Flo-Rida but they are not official.
Lets talk about Ray J. Now Ray goes to tell his crew about stepping it up and Shorty Mack Knockout entertainment rap artist starts talking about Jupiter and shit we don't even understand. Yuuup! Ray J's crew is off the hook. Ray J was suppose to be with Mz. Berry but he not, don't even ask that is a whole other story and he is still west coast party king. Ray J gets paid to party and he is jamming in the club but what I wanna know is, how the hell shorty from Electrik Red pulls him aside in the club to question him about if he found love. Ray J are you smashing that homie from The Dreams girl group Electrik Red? Guess what tho Ray J is back at the club with The Norwood Children Foundation van again. Now what I wanna know is Ray J ready to take charge or is he still being a wild boy getting his party on, if you ask me the homie looks like he is doing both.
