New music video from Ciara "Speechless". The music video is pretty dope but Ciara is not delivering any music that takes your breath away which she needs right now. "Basic Instinct" Ciara's fourth studio album will be in stores in November. Ciara seem to be trying to live off the sexy image this time around which has gotten her a pretty nice buzz for the album but will it be enough to help Ciara pull off great album sales.
