Now last year we saw Tionna Smalls a relationship advisor from Brooklyn help Chilli find a man and we thought she found it in Bill but looks like Bill did not come close to the check list. Chilli and Tionna are back for round 2 but there is one problem this time around, Floyd Mayweather is still in the picture and Tionna feels that he just may be a distraction to Chilli opening up to other prospects.
