A month before it hits stands the XXL Magazine 2011 freshman cover leaks. I assume the rap artist that make the cover are suppose to be who we need to look out for but for the past few years no one on these covers have been break out artist. I guess Diggy Simmons will be the one to hold it down for this one because none of these guys are stars. If there has been a rapper on this cover that made some serious noise and lived up to the hype let me know
