So Jay-Z and Kanye West was just chillin in SOHO and no one said anything? Ye and Hov was spotted in SOHO strolling through with Akon's brother, Def Jam VP; Bu Thiam. Kanye performed at Gil Scott Heron the day before. Word is, "Watch The Throne" will be finished in time for a July 2011 release.
