DIGGY SIMMONS RELEASE FIRST SINGLE THIS MONTH [VIDEO]

Diggy Simmons will be releasing his first single this month. MTV caught up with Diggy at the Bamboozle festival over the weekend where he performed along with Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa and more. Diggy is 80 percent done with putting the finishing touches on his Atlantic debut. He didn't mention the title of the single he told MTV. "I can't really say any detail on it yet but premeditating, I wanna keep it humble but it's gonna do damage to the summer, that's what I'mma say." Check out the video below.

DIGGY SIMMONS 16TH BIRTHDAY PARTY @ LUCKY STRIKE IN NYC [PHOTOS]

Diggy Simmons celebrated his 16th birthday yesterday Saturday March 26 at Lucky Strikes Lanes and Lounge in New York City. I am sure it has def been a good week for the young MC who also did his thing at the XXL 2011 Freshman concert.

Diggy Simmons rocked the stage earlier this week with his father Rev Run of the legendary RUN DMC group for the XXL 2011 Freshman concert. He ended the week off with his 16th birthday celebration with his big sister Angela and Diddy's two sons Quincy and Justin. Diggy seem to be having a great time at his 16th birthday party at Lucky Strike. Diggy rocked a dope fit styled by my older sister Latoya Murray-Berry of NueAura.

Shout out to the homie Diggy Simmons who turns 16 years old today.

Already taking on the titles fashion designer and rapper, Diggy is growing up to be a force not to be fucked with. He has already made more than a buzz for himself in the hip hop community and signed a record deal with Atlantic Records last year.

He has released several critically acclaimed mixtapes. Diggy has also landed himself a spot on the XXL Magazine 2011 Freshman class. Looks like Diggy will have no problem keeping his father Rev Run and Uncle Russell Simmons legacy alive.

He simply put out a alert online for producers to submit beats and he went in. The young homie got epic reviews when he released his 13-track mixtape, "The First Flight," on his blog. Young Simmons aka JoJo aka the Rev Run son, Russell Simmons nephew whatever the haters want him to be recorded a freestyle to Drake's "Over".
