VADO SURPRISE THURGOOD MARSHALL ACADEMY STUDENTS IN HARLEM @ "SHOWCASE FOR CHANGE" EVENT

Vado made a surprise appearance at the"Showcase For Change" event held at The Thurgood Marshall Academy School for Learning and Social Change in Harlem on Friday March 25th.

Juniors and Seniors were able to enjoy the event hosted by radio personality Steph Lova and Power 105 DJ Whateva. The "Showcase For Change" event was held to raise awareness for the development and financial support of New York City public schools and TMA music program.

Student were able to display their talents and hear motivational speeches from America’s Next Top Model Cycle 4 contender Keenyah Hill, poet J. Sharelle, Get Signed MagazineE-I-C, Mac Millzand film director Noel Calloway. Capitol Records artist Josh Xantusalso showed support at TMA high school.

Vado also presented the student with a speech as well, speaking on what helped him become successful in his music career. He performed his hit "Speaking In Tongues," which caused the kids to go into a screaming frenzy. Whooo!!! DJ Webstar who could not make the event sent a video message and personally invited the Thurgood Marshall Academy students to be in his upcoming music video with Young Money and Wale. This is some dope stuff right?

A graduate of the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Design she has worked for many lines including: ESPRIT, Laundry by Shelli Segal, Nautica, and Victoria's Secret PINK.

B. Marie was introduced to the world in April 2009, and launches this Fall. Fusing fashion forward chic with an eternal youthful edge. Each bag has a variety of color and different fabrics. Some that are standard for a handbag, a some that are unconventional.
