Remember in the 90s when all the record labels was one big crew. You had Bad Boy, Ruff Ryders, Murder Inc, Rocafella, No Limit, and Death Row just to name the most relevant few but now there seem to be slim to none. The question is will Young Money be able to stay united. Lil Wayne was a smart man putting together some of the hottest rappers and singers for his Young Money label. He used some what of the same formula Diddy and Suge Knight used. I have to wonder if this is the reason why Young Money is so powerful now considering they are the only record label crew going hard and plus Weezy F. Baby is the hottest rapper out right now.
Diddy and Suge Knight destroyed their gold minds with their massive egos and the rest just could not stay united. There are always artist who stand out from the rest and there are about 10 or more artist on the Young Money roster. Nicki Minaj and Drake are the stand out acts of the bunch and are sure to blaze the scene with their solo debut albums. Now with that being said, will their egos go out of control and cause them to break away from the crew or will things remain the same? Lets hope Young Money can stay united for as long as possible and not have such a short time together like the rest of the crews.
