Bow Wow has been signed to Cash Money records just over a year ago and has had a pretty good year, with his movie Lottery Ticket doing well and GreenLight 3 mixtape generating a nice buzz.Lets not forget about the Kat Stacks scandal, ok maybe the year was not all good. Bow Wow released to his fans on twitter that his Cash Money debut album will be titled "Underrated". Bow has an even more serious buzz with the track "Aint Thinking About You" featuring Chris Brown which is heating up the air wave and at the top of the countdown on 106 and Park. I don't know you guys lets us know what you think. Is Bow Wow "Underrated"?

bow wow is definently underrated with everything that he has done in his career since he was five to not be considered one of the best up there with lil wayne and eminem.
